Imminent Domain, LLC was a home run for our organization! The development of fundamentally correct and strategically aligned and integrated processes and targets was a huge success. Our leadership group became a more aligned team while progressing through the development of a team created scorecard and newly defined departmental Mission and Vision Statements. The SWOT analysis was conducted by the entire team and drove home many of the points often left unaddressed at monthly leadership briefings or misunderstood due to varying levels of education. Their simulation exercises drove home the overall concept of Lean and how it can be easily applied in even the most unorthodox of professions, such and Emergency Services. We learned that not all waste looks like waste – it hides in plain sight and in all shapes and forms -BRAVO!

We had the opportunity of having Scott Hencshel as our trainer for Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training at our hospital. What an amazing teacher! Scott effectively demonstrated his skills in keeping everyone in our class engaged and interested. He made the class fun, informative, and most importantly useful. I love his sense of humor and the manner in which we were all awake, alert, and excited to learn what he had to share. I highly recommend Scott, without any reservations, for any training.
